Dave is so impatient. At 12:30 am on Christmas eve morning he wanted to open presents. I gave in and we opened presents early! I gave him XM radio for his car and he gave me a beautiful Coach watch!

I cooked dinner and had Dave's family over.

How cute is this edible card!?

We went over to Mom's to see what Santa had left!

A Very Doozie Christmas

Last night I went to see my Doozies! I went ahead and gave them their Christmas presents, because I'm not sure I will see them again until after Christmas. I love watching kids open presents! First of all, they are much easier to buy for than adults and second of all, they get SO EXCITED!

Emma loved her "Emma cup!" She carried it around all night and took it in the bath with her and to bed!

Jehu had fun with the car puzzle. He really enjoyed picking up the pieces with the magnet!

Merry Christmas, Emma, Jehu, Ang, and Joe! I love you all very much!! :)

Lights at Saluda Shoals

Friday night, Dave, me, Mike, and Kim went to see the lights at Saluda Shoals. It was a last minute idea. The park closes at 9:30 and we got there at 9:30. The man at the gate was nice enough to let us in anyway AND for FREE!!! Check out some of the light displays!

This year the park added the "Dancing Forest." You park your car, turn your radio to a certain station, and watch the lights "dance" to the music! It was really cool! I recommend going to get you in the holiday spirit! Hopefully, we will make it to "The Lights Before Christmas" at the zoo, next!

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

This year I got a real tree! I am so excited! I haven't had one in a long time! Dave and I spent last night decorating! I have spent this morning finishing up some other stuff. I am sure I will be adding a few more finishing touches, but here is what we have so far!

I LOVE Christmas!!!

Yearly Tradition

Each year before the big Carolina/Clemson game, The Blue Dogs put on a show. Last year we saw them at the Esso (in good ol' Clemson) and this year they were at The Congaree Grill in 5 points. It was a COLD night, but we had a great time!

The Blue Dogs

All bundled up!

This HAD to go on the blog - Love the hood, Holly!

What would a night out be without some Maduro Room "advertising!"

My new favorite Clemson friend, Culley!

A new Clemson Alum come December! Go TIGERS!

Turkey Time!

My Thanksgiving Day consisted of TWO dinners. One at Mom's and one at Dad's. I must say I am thankful that Thanksgiving Day comes only ONCE a year. I'm not sure how much my stomach could take.

I started the day with a Thanksgiving lunch at Mom's followed by an afternoon nap. Everyone joined in (including Winston)! Of course Dave was wide awake watching football.

Thanksgiving evening was spent at my Daddy's house. Of course this included another turkey dinner complete with all the sides and a VERY full Kristy!

I hope everyone had a Happy and Full Thanksgiving!
